Where I came from and where I'm going...

I am fortunate to have worked successfully in the animation, digital media and advertising industries for over 30 years, the last 20 at Aardman Animations, most recently as Executive Director Partner Content.
I have worked with clients and partners from large corporates to small charities, pulling together successful projects in animation, live action, mixed media, branded content, XR and theme parks often cross sector and multiple disciplines.
I also created and implemented strategy, developed new areas of business, managed teams creating animated and interactive content, Directors & Producers as well as overseeing the production resources teams required to deliver the work.

The most fulfilling part of my work has always been developing the strategy and supporting creators and teams to grow their own capabilities and their projects and seeing them have huge success.
I now offer my expertise and experience to help you to do this too.
